The purchaser of any product and service is to be reckoned with, what do you think?
Demand for a product is driven by those who choose a product and or service. “Value lies in the hands of the buyer”. What a concept. Even the simple can figure this out as in any business when demand drops you must step back and analyze how your product or service lines up with the customers wants, needs, and your customers anticipation. This major point is brought back to remembrance in Forbes.com study of the whole economical picture published 11-11-05 relating how the U.S. and it’s import-export practices are not solely responsible for loss of jobs in America. In much of my everyday life I may call any retailer or service provider and it may take days, weeks or months to get a job done no matter their geographical region. Why is this? Everyone is multi-tasking so much that America and our free business enterprise has no time for it’s customers. This sounds crazy, I know, we are in a free society but customer service falters and product quality is a whole other issue. It all boils down to either train those you delegate tasks to represent how you want business done or do it yourself. Truthfully I don’t come across many that have the same sense of business practices.
